E-poster presentations

Electronic posters or e-posters are similar to traditional paper posters, but they are displayed on-site using a projector. They are available to participants for electronic viewing at all times. These posters do not require printing or production of materials – as all work will be presented electronically.

The projectors that are going to be used for the presentations will be oriented horizontally, the maximum available resolution is 1940 (w) x 1080 (h) pixels (51,3 cm width x 28,6 cm height) and the ratio is 16:9. The size of the poster title must be 48, the names of the authors 19 and their affiliations and references (at the bottom of the poster) 14 and minimum font size of the poster text should be 16. The poster must contain the logos of CROSS and the faculty and/or scientific institution of the author. The poster can contain an unlimited number of images and graphics with the description below.

Following abstract acceptance confirmation, all authors will be contacted about preparation details and technical aspects of their e-posters.

Participants will also be contacted with information about the time slot and place allotted to them for their presentation.

Below the text on this page, a poster template can be found. We would like to point out that the authors do not have to stick to the general appearance of the poster, color of the background, the layout of the text and graphics, and are encouraged to be creative while preparing their e-posters!
