In our next workshop, organised by the students of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation in Zagreb, we will be discussing the issue of visual impairment. The visual sense is responsible for 85% of all external stimuli that a person receives from their environment, a fact from which we can derive the conclusion that people with a visual impairment face many obstacles on a daily basis. Aside from that, this interactive workshop offers its participants an opportunity to read while wearing glasses that simulate a visual impairment, to learn how to read the Braille alphabet and navigate their movements using a white cane.
