we are excited to announce the Students of Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences who have prepared a unique experience for the participants of their workshop!
“Experience the unseen” is a workshop that aims to expand the awareness about the functioning of individuals with visual impairment. The role of an education and rehabilitation teacher in visual assessment will be explained and related to the role of an ophthalmologist. This workshop will highlight the importance and necessity of transdisciplinary cooperation while keeping in mind the common goal of improving the quality of life of individuals with visual impairment.
Participants will have an opportunity to engage in experiential activities, namely cognizing a small part of what visually impaired people experience in their day-to-day functioning.
