We are pleased to present our next lecturer: Primarius Sonja Jandroković, MD, PhD who will tell you more about a very important issue of today - glaucoma.
Primarius Sonja Jandroković graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in 1993. She completed her postgraduate studies and doctorate at the University of Zagreb School of Medicine. In 2016, based on her experience and expertise she was awarded the title of Primarius by the Ministry of Health. She has authored and co-authored 18 scientific papers, 60 abstracts and communication papers from expert and scientific conferences. Her lecture will focus on the approaches to the treatment of glaucoma in the future. In the field of glaucoma, science is advancing significantly. The disease is detected more accurately and earlier, and it is treated significantly more individually. Hopefully, it will no longer be called the disease that is the second leading cause of blindness in the future.
