CROSS 18 TEAMS

General notices 21.04.2023.

Dear colleagues,

 

we are only a few days away from the start of the long-awaited 18th edition of CROSS, so we wanted to introduce you to all the members who have been working hard in recent months to make this year's congress the best yet.

 

CROSS initially started out as a project of the Student Union of the School of Medicine in Zagreb, and as such it was organized by them for many years. However, this year the organizing committee headed by president Dino Žujić and vice-presidents Lazarela Cuparić and Matija Martinić, held a public invitation for all students of our faculty, giving them the opportunity to participate in the organization of the congress, and that is how this group of amazing people was formed.

 

The Coordinating Team made sure that the members of each team completed their tasks correctly and on time and that each project was completed according to schedule.

 

The Design Team is behind every announcement, poster, logo and other materials that made this congress visually attractive.

 

The Logistics Team played a key role in booking the halls and organizing the congress participants.

 

The Fundraising Team made the financial realization of the congress possible with their work, and thanks to them, this year's CROSS is fully equipped in every way.

 

The Social Media Team is responsible for the timely sharing of information about every aspect of the congress, and the answers to all your queries that you have directed to us in recent months.

 

The Social Program Team has prepared a rich social program for you with the aim of making your experience at CROSS unique and unforgettable.

 

The Task Force is the workforce of our congress. This is the team that will be present for all your inquiries and directions during the 4 days of the congress.

 

The Workshop Team is responsible for enabling our guests to participate in all the excellent workshops presented at this year's CROSS.

 

This year, The Poster Team had the difficult task of selecting posters with the intention of displaying the most educational ones that would attract the attention of our participants.

 

CROSS 18 would not be possible in this edition without each individual member of these teams nor  without the significant turnout of our participants, and for that we thank you all very much!
