How to participate
Dear colleagues,
You can be an active or passive participant in CROSS 19. As a passive participant, you attend lectures and workshops featured in the Congress. Active participation includes holding a poster presentation. The topics of your poster presentations do not have to be related to the official theme of CROSS but can be on any topic from the biomedical field. However, if the topic of your work is related to the congress theme, it will earn you additional points! About the application for CROSS 19 as an elective course:
Students who register CROSS 19 as an elective are required to attend at least 80% of the lectures, as well as participate in one workshop (workshops will be chosen before the start of the Congress).

Participation in the Congress
School of Medicine, University of Zagreb students - registration fees are FREE.
This registration fee includes:
- participation in all lectures and poster presentations
- participation in a workshop of your choice
- promotional materials of the Congress, program and booklet of summaries
- certificate of participation
- refreshments in the form of food and drinks*
- a ticket for the CROSS afterparty
Other University of Zagreb students, the registration fee is €10.
This registration fee includes:
- participation in all lectures and poster presentations
- participation in a workshop of your choice
- promotional materials of the Congress, program and booklet of summaries
- certificate of participation
- refreshments in the form of food and drinks*
- a ticket for the CROSS afterparty
REGISTRATION FEES FOR OTHER PARTICIPANTS:
The early bird ticket is €40.00 - the number of tickets is limited!
This registration fee includes:
- participation in all lectures and poster presentations
- participation in a workshop of your choice
- promotional materials of the Congress, program and booklet of summaries
- certificate of participation
- refreshments in the form of food and drinks + Gala dinner
- a ticket for the CROSS afterparty
- guided tour of Zagreb
- a visit to a museum
The regular ticket is €60.00 - tickets are available until April 1, 2023.
This registration fee includes:

- certificate of participation
- refreshments in the form of food and drinks + Gala dinner
- a ticket for the CROSS afterparty

MEF ZG alumni ticket (former students of the University of Zagreb School of Medicine) is €30.00.
This registration fee includes:

*By purchasing an additional "Gala Dinner" ticket for €25.00, you can attend the gala dinner that will be held as part of the social program of the Congress. The number of places is limited!

Certificates
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance on the final day of the congress.
